Jay serves as the CEO of Miami Valley Leadership Foundation, which is part of the Leadership Foundations global network. Schindler works with a passionate team of dedicated men and women who are investing in the next generation of leaders. He is the founder of G2 Potential LLC, an executive and leadership coaching firm. Jay serves as an executive coach and works with clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, as well as remotely. He is the former owner and CEO of Eskco Corporation. Schindler is a former senior consultant for Oliver Group and Leadership Pipeline Institute. Services included leadership development, assessment tools, and executive coaching.
