About Dr. Sanjay Bhattacharya
Sanjay Bhattacharya is a strategic leader and coach. His work experience includes multiple disciplines. He has worked in Corporate, Academics, and International Development organizations in senior administrative, managerial, and leadership capabilities. His expertise is: People and Organization Development, Humanitarian Development, and Research and Learning. His doctorate focuses on Training and Development. He has designed and successfully facilitated a wide range of training and leadership development programs, and contributed research papers at national and international levels. He has authored leadership books. He is associated with various professional bodies including a Global Ambassador for Human Rights and Peace in International Human Rights Advisory Council and is a founding member of National Association of Professional Social Workers in India. He is a trained facilitator of the Lead Like Jesus leadership model and a passionate Serving Leader. He is blessed with a wife and two lovely daughters and lives in India.
Dr. Sanjay’s vision is “to build people, recognizing their capabilities and encouraging them to grow in truth with integrity.” The Five Leadership Actions of Serving Leadership provide strong support to people in their learning and growth while bringing their own expertise and ideas to the table. I am very much inspired by the Serving Leadership model as it gave me more clarity in building leadership capabilities. The Serving Leadership Actions cater to building influence and ability rather than to using control and toxic leadership tactics. The Serving Leader Model amplified my understanding of leadership foundations and has ignited my passion to master this model and coach others to be Serving Leaders.

About Sarone Ole Sena
Sarone Ole Sena is from Narok, Kenya. He has a BA from the University of Nairobi in Kenya, an MA from the University of Cambridge in the UK, and a PhD from McGill University in Canada. Professor Sarone has worked in many organizations, including World Vision International, Compassion International, and many Universities. Currently, Professor Sarone is the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the International Leadership University in Nairobi, whose commitment is to develop Serving Leaders who have integrity and character. He has been a trainer for 50 years in 22 African countries, New Zealand and Australia, ten Asian countries, 15 European countries, Canada and USA, and in over 15 Central and South American countries. In Kenya where Professor Sarone resides, he has trained over 3000 leaders across the country in churches, schools, colleges, communities, and counties. “I am very passionate about growing, developing, and empowering leaders,” declares Professor Sarone. “The CSL training and certification has enhanced that and inspired me to build the leadership capacity of many more Serving Leaders.”
He is married to Sintalo, and they have three grown children; Saitoti, Sopiato, and Senewa. “All of us are born again,” shares Professor Sarona.

About Mianitse Batundi Philemon
Mianitse Batundi Philemon is Congolese, born in Kitchanga, DRC in 1978. He is a pastor responsible for a Christian Community called Église Évangélique les Aiglons (E.E.A). He lives with the daily challenge of a country experiencing 6.9 million internally displaced people (reported by the UN in 2023) as fighting renders parts of the country unsafe for civilians. Despite efforts, violence persists, affecting civilians, including those in displaced camps such as the Bulengo Refugee Camp in Goma. Philemon is also National Coordinator of an NGO: Union of Men of God for Peace and Development (UNHDPD).
Philemon is married to Madame Charlotte NGOMBA. He is the father of four children including two girls and two boys. In addition to his birth children, he and his wife have taken 15 refugee children into their home.
Philemon says of his experience with World Serving Leaders, “I spent a year and a little more with Serving Leadership. I was trained by Nelson Okanya when he came in person to the DRC. I followed the Five Actions of The Serving Leader and was inspired to take the Train the Trainer course. I am now certified to teach Serving Leader Cohorts.” He is passionate about developing Serving Leaders in all spheres of society in the DRC and has been training leaders from the military, church and other NGO’s. He is conducting multiple Serving Leadership training workshops and cohorts in Eastern DRC and has a larger vision for the entire country of the DRC.

About Jeremie Niyokwizera
Jeremie is from Bujumbura, Burundi where he is a student at Hope Africa University. Jeremie declares that, “Center for Serving Leadership is good because using the Five Actions of Serving Leadership™ as the central teaching was personally very impactful and practical in my life. And it was very clear in the person of Nelson Okanya that CSL’s vision and passion for training others is real.”
Jeremie is married to Ndayisenga Evelyne and they have 4 children.
Jeremie’s vision is to train Christians with tools so they will be Biblically literate and strengthened through prayer. He has a heart for orphaned children and has a desire to build a mission including 10 Centers for orphans to provide food and healthcare, and 5 hospital Centers. Jeremie’s desire is to help train other leaders to use the Five Actions of Serving Leadership™ to develop their organizations.

About Leonel Alaniz
My name is Leonel Alaniz, I was born in 1999 in Nicaragua, Central America. I started working as a worship pastor in 2017 for a church in my hometown and enjoyed every minute of it. In 2020 the Lord opened a new door for me to serve as an associate pastor for that same church where I serve next to an amazing team of pastors and leaders. During my time working for this ministry, I have had the opportunity to serve and train several pastors in the rural area of our country in our Bible Institute. I was recently married to Daniella and we serve together. I was delighted to take the Serving Leader Cohort from Center for Serving Leadership and look forward to translating this material and sharing it with other leaders in this nation.

About Ruth Osiro
Ruth Osiro was born in Kisumu Kenya, the second born in a family of 5. She has an Associate degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing major) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya. She was honored to learn Intercultural Competence as part of an International Module at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, School of Business, in Germany. She is currently writing her Master’s thesis in Commerce (Strategic Management major) at Strathmore Business School in Kenya. Ruth has over fifteen years of experience in Business Administration and Human Resources Management in the Hospitality Industry. She volunteers as a board member of MEPERI, a Non-Governmental Organization that fosters peace and reconciliation initiatives in Kenya. She has been offering leadership services in different capacities in the Kenya Mennonite Church for the past twelve years.
Her interactions with the Center for Serving Leadership have been wholesome, enriching and intriguing. “I am still working on becoming a better leader by sensitizing and training other leaders to become better versions of themselves, if not the best. I build on my strength when people around me are equally empowered. I’m excited to serve as a Certified Training Partner of World Serving Leaders.”

About Binuko E. Nugroho
Binuko E. Nugroho is a lecture of Immanuel Christian University, in Indonsia. He has one wife, Morina and 2 children, Joseph and Jeanette. He has a master’s degree in Theology from the Evangelical Seminary of Indonesia as well as a bachelor of science in Theology. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Theology. He has served in various leadership capacities and is currently the chairman of Majelis Umat Kristen Indonesia (MUKI) a interdenominational organisation in Indonesia.

About Eladio Mondez
Eladio Mondez serves as Bishop Moderator of the Integrated Mennonite Churches Inc – Philippines. He is currently a Mission Commission member of Mennonite World Conference where he has served since 2018. He is married to Remedios Getuiza Mondez and they are blessed with 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
Eladio has earned a doctorate in Doctor of Practical Theology from Master’s International University of Divinity. He is a holder of Graduate Teacher Diploma granted by Trinity Theological Seminary as a lifetime approved Teacher of the Evangelical Training Association. He is also a certified Serving Leader Training Partner of the Center for Serving Leadership. He envisions that pastors and other church leaders of the IMC and other church related churches will be trained as Servant Leaders.

About Nathanael Thorne
Nathanael Thorne and his family currently live in The Gambia, West Africa, serving as international workers. Nathanael is married to Krystle Thorne, and together they are blessed with two children, one boy and one girl. Nathanael Thorne by nationality is an American. Nathanael’s vision is to “empower people and organizations towards aligning their purpose with the needs of the world so their impact would be realized.” Nathanael holds a BA in Leadership & Organizational Management as well as a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry from Eastern Mennonite University. Nathanael has held various leadership roles in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations including working as a business services consultant to aid companies in developing their workforce. Nathanael’s previous work experience has shown him the impact that serving leadership can have within an organization.

Gabriel is passionate about helping organizations develop their teams to best solve their current challenges, grasp present opportunities, while preparing themselves to build and shape their future. About Daniel Muvengi
Daniel Muvengi lives in Kenya with his wife and three young adult children. They serve in their local church as lay leaders and have a passion for discipleship and leadership development. Daniel has 30 years of experience in international development coupled with 15 years of senior leadership. He has trained, coached and mentored leaders. He also has experience in rural development design and implementation, strategy and vision casting, leadership, administration as well as in human resources management. His vision and passion is to pass on the DNA of the serving leader model in training other leaders both in Kenya and beyond.

About Jackson Okanya
Jackson Okanya lives in Kenya with his wife and two sons. He has a passion to work on projects that improve the live of the community. He is a community develop specialist by training and currently works for a farming operation he founded with a partner. The CSL training helped this young organization clarify their vision and shape their values. After the training partner certification process he says, “I have served under several leaders for many years, and have been struggling to really know what leadership is using them as examples. These materials have helped me be a better leader and I envision a world in which leadership is measured not by what a person knows but by the way they serve others. About Morina Napitupulu
Morina Masda Minar Napitupulu lives in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She is married to Binuko Edi Nugroho (also a WSL Training Partner!) and they have 2 children, Joseph Hasiano Brata Nugroho and Jeanette Tiurmasianne Brata Nugroho. She has operated food, bioplastic, and clothing businesses and currently works as a supervisor at Hagios School of Life. She also organizes and coaches the children of the House of Disciples dormitory. She is a member of the Yogyakarta Indonesian Mennonite Christian Church Council for congregational development and has a desire to produce young leaders who are smart, diligent, resilient, and servant-hearted with Christ-like character. About Rufino Mateo
Rufino Mateo lives in the Philippines with his wife and 3 adult daughters from his first wife who passed away in 2011. Rufino is a civil engineering graduate but employed as a professional teacher, serving in the same school where his wife also teaches. For nearly 33 years he has served as a missionary/pastor in a local church and is a Bishop/Overseer of 16 Pastors and 7 local churches. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Alliance of Christian Churches and Association of Pastors “ACCAP” representing different denominations.

About Erick Shindano Mashupe
Erick Shindano Mashupe lives and serves in Uvira, DRC. He is married to Esther and together they have a son and a daughter. He has a degree in Social Work and Community Development from Hope Africa University and has completed a Train the Trainer Certification with Internationale Leadership Institute. He also has a diploma in theology from One Mission Society. Rev. Mashupe is a pastor in Église Missionnaire Évangélique au Congo (EMEC) and is a volunteer staff at Daily Wordfeast Foundation. About Grace Kacheto Banda
Grace lives in Malawi and is married to Anderson Chirwa. She earned a diploma in Pastoral Leadership at Nazarene Theological College of Central Africa and a diploma in Christian Leadership from Christ Alive Bible College. She has worked for 6 years as a Financial Service Officer in Concern Universal Microfinance Operations where she conducted awareness meetings, led group formation, and loan disbursement and recovery. She has voluntarily translated “Reflections for Serving Leaders” into Chichewa for 3 years. She does commercial farming and has a passion to minister to widows and orphans.

About Elizabeth Sein Lemiso
Elizabeth Sein Lemiso lives in Kenya with her husband and their three children. She is a teacher by profession and also a leader in her church. In addition to teaching, she loves reading novels, writing, story telling, making new friends, exploring new things and traveling.
After going through the Serving Leader Cohort training offered by WSL she says, “I want to thank God for the training on servant leadership model. About Nezer Mondez
Nezer Mondez lives in the Philippines close to farms and mountains with two dogs and some chickens. He loves traveling and is constantly on the move.
Nezer works with Mennonite World Conference (MWC) as part of the Senior Staff Leadership. His primary role is with the youth branch of MWC, called Young Anabaptists (YABs) which brings together young leaders from all MWC member churches to build connections and fellowship at a global event called the Global Youth Summit (GYS), which takes place every three years. From this event, a group of young leaders is selected to represent each continent; they form the YABs Committee, which meets annually to plan activities for young people worldwide. Nezer mentors this committee.
Nezer had a great experience with the Center for Serving Leadership training. He says, “I learned a lot from the materials, which are structured in a way that makes them easy to understand and follow. The training also gave me the opportunity to apply the lessons to my own leadership experiences. I especially enjoyed the time spent sharing and learning with other participants, all amazing people who are passionate about their respective careers.

About Bernard Bwala
Bernard Bwala is a senior Pastor at the Nairobi Happy Church. He has undergone various trainings including Youth Evangelism Service in Philadelphia and Baltimore U.S.A. He received a degree in Christian leadership from Word of Faith Bible College. Bernard is married to Pastor Lydiah Bwala and they serve together we serve at Happy Church Ministries International. They are blessed with three children: Prince, Prosper and Pleasant. Bernard completed the Serving Leader Cohort and observed that the training was exceptional and very practical for equipping leaders. About Okoth Simon Onyango
Bishop Simon Onyango lives in Uganda with his wife Alice. Together they have a son, David, and four grandchildren. He was saved in 1985 and moved to Nairobi where he served through singing and started a Baptist church. He graduated from seminary in 1994 and later trained as a teacher at the University of Nairobi. He joined the Mennonite church in 2009 and then moved back to Uganda in 2013. There he became the coordinator of the church and later was consecrated as the first bishop in 2019. The church has grown from two congregations to 31 in Uganda and 2 in S. Sudan with a combined membership of 1850.
The WSL Serving Leader Cohort training was very useful not only to himself as a minister but for the good of the church in Uganda. He chairs an interfaith fellowship in his community and uses the knowledge gained from the WSL training as he leads. As a training partner, he envisions training leaders to embrace the WSL model.

About Richard Rancap
Richard Rancap lives in the Philippines where he is a pastor of a Mennonite church and the missions director of the Integrated Mennonite church. He pursues an increasing love for God that edifies the church, provides care for humanity and discipline for his body. For many years he has served as a leadership trainer and mentor for younger leaders. He is grateful for the training he received from Center for Serving Leadership since it introduced him to the Five Actions of Serving Leadership™. This helped him enrich his core values and brought a High Performance Culture to his ministries and empowered his team. About Keneni Gutema Negeri
Dr. Keneni Gutema Negeri lives in Ethiopia with his wife and three children: a daughter and twin sons.
He holds a PhD in Church Ministry with a focus on Servant Leadership. For the past 20 years, he has devoted himself to Christ’s ministry in Pentecostal churches, emphasizing church leadership and children’s ministry. He currently serves as a Board Member of Praise Thee Practical Theology & Leadership College, a Pentecostal institution dedicated to teaching practical theology and serving as a center for mission, ministry training, and spiritual formation (https://pttcedu.com). He is deeply committed to church leadership development, with a vision of reviving churches through enhanced leadership.
Dr. Keneni also holds a PhD in Public Health and is a distinguished Associate Professor of Health Systems Management and Health Economics at Hawassa University’s School of Public Health. His career has been dedicated to the advancement of health systems management and economics in developing countries. Dr. Keneni’s research publications and teachings have made significant contributions to the field, furthering the development and effectiveness of health systems.
He successfully completed the Serving Leader Cohort and TTT to become a certified training partner of WSL. He says, “As a trainee, completing the Center for Serving Leadership training cohort manual and the Training the Trainer (TTT) manual profoundly transformed my leadership and training approach and equipped me to inspire and empower others locally and globally.”
His vision is to inspire and equip local and global leaders to transform church’s and health systems through servant leadership, fostering a culture of service, growth, and positive impact using The Serving Leader Model

About Christine Karanja Mutua
Christine Karanja Mutua, based in Nairobi, Kenya, serves as a Lecturer at Daystar University. A devoted wife and mother of three young adults, she is passionate about continuous self-development and empowering others to grow. Her experience with the Center for Serving Leadership has transformed her understanding of leadership, particularly in shaping organizational culture through practical, actionable insights that immediately improved her leadership. Christine is deeply committed to training others in the Serving Leader Model, equipping them to lead with humility and purpose. About Harun Macharia Gacheru
Harun Macharia Gacheru is an entrepreneur based in Kenya, engaged in the import and sale of used motor vehicles. He is also an independent distributor with NEOLIFE INTERNATIONAL, where he empowers individuals to build and grow their own independent businesses. A committed Christian, Harun has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He is married and, together with his wife, is blessed with two daughters and two sons. Through the Center for Serving Leadership, Harun has sharpened his leadership skills and gained fresh insights that have opened new opportunities for growth. He is passionate about training others in leadership and is committed to equipping those in leadership roles to become true Serving Leaders.

About Tom Nak Kokanyi
Tom Nak Kokanyi is a South Sudanese national currently living in Arua, Uganda. He is a seasoned teacher and pastor, with extensive ministry experience among refugees in the West Nile region of northern Uganda. He lectured for seven years at Uganda Christian University’s Arua campus and has founded two theological institutions. He holds an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from St. Jude’s University.
He established Bishop Allison Theological College to train pastors and church leaders for the Episcopal Church in Sudan and South Sudan, serving as principal there for thirteen years. He later founded the South Sudan Evangelical School of Theology (SSEST), which trains leaders for the Body of Christ under the Free Charismatic Church of Africa, where he continues to serve as Director. Both colleges operate with a strong emphasis on self-reliance and sustainability.
Tom has been married to Loice Apayi for 47 years. They have been blessed with seven children—three sons and four daughters. One son tragically passed away in 2005 at age 27 after being hit by a car. All of their children are graduates, and most are married, with two daughters currently single.
His six-month experience with the Center for Serving Leadership was transformative. It reshaped his understanding of leadership by anchoring it in service, vision, culture, strategy, and success rooted in Christlike character. He deeply values the Serving Leader Model as a practical and powerful tool for building servant-hearted leaders in today’s world.

About Julius Sankok
Julius Sankok lives in Nairobi, Kenya. He is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in the field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, several leadership certificates, and a diploma in Data Analytics from Harvard Business School. He currently serves as an IT Specialist with Compassion International Kenya.
Julius is married and the father of five children. He is deeply involved in his local church, where he serves as Development Chairman at Covenant Church International. He is also active in community work and leadership, championing efforts to help people discover and live out their God-given potential. As a born-again Christian, he is committed to upholding godly values and views all people as created in the image of God—worthy of dignity, appreciation, and value. He believes that everyone has a unique role to play in bringing transformation to their families, communities, and society.
His experience with the Center for Serving Leadership has provided deep insight into what it truly means to be a servant leader. The model, based on the life and leadership of Jesus, emphasizes that leadership is about serving, not being served. The five actions of the Serving Leader clarify the why, how, and what of using one’s capabilities and passion to make a meaningful impact.

About Jeremiah Kimani Mbucha
Jeremiah Kimani Mbucha is a seasoned Tourism and Hospitality Manager from Kenya, with over 12 years of experience in managing luxury bush camps, eco-lodges, and mobile safari operations. He is passionate about sustainable tourism and deeply committed to conservation and community engagement. His career is marked by a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on setting Standard Operating Procedures, team training, and maintaining high standards in guest service, hygiene, and safety.
Born in 1976 at Nderit Estate near Lake Naivasha, Jeremiah comes from a rich cultural background—his father from the Ilchamus community near Lake Baringo and his mother from the Agikuyu community on the slopes of Mt. Kenya. He is married to Gladys Kimani, and together they have four children: Susan, Justine, Gracious, and Denis (adopted). In his free time, he enjoys traveling and playing volleyball.
Jeremiah is known for his team spirit, attention to detail, and passion for excellence. He works closely with unskilled workers, equipping them with training and support to deliver high-quality service. His management integrates sustainability, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration.
His experience with the Center for Serving Leadership has been transformative—an intense period of personal growth, learning, and connection. He was particularly impacted by the principle of “Upending the Pyramid,” which he found both unimaginable and deeply meaningful.

About Jean Bosco Nduwimana
Jean Bosco Nduwimana lives in Burundi. He is a professional translator and interpreter, as well as founder and leader of small sized enterprises and local non profit Organizations. About Caleb Mwanangoy Bajafu
Caleb Mwanangoy Bajafu lives in Lubumbashi, in the Haut-Katanga Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is the Executive Director of the Foundation Bible Training Institute (FBTI), where he also serves as a trainer and professor. In addition to his work in education, Caleb is a Bishop and Senior Overseer of Foundation International Ministries, an apostolic movement that includes more than 300 churches and over 400 leaders across the DRC.
A devoted mentor and leader, Caleb is passionate about equipping and activating leaders to fulfill their God-given calling for the transformation of their communities. He believes every leader—regardless of their field—is called to serve others, following the example of Jesus Christ. His heart is to see leaders become true ambassadors of Christ’s love and power in the world.
Through his involvement with the Center for Serving Leadership, Caleb has helped reframe vision, mission, and goals to increase community impact. He is especially committed to empowering team members through the five actions of Serving Leadership, which he sees as key to transforming individuals and organizations.

About Dr. Kennedy Ole Kerei
Dr. Kennedy ole Kerei lives in Nairobi, Kenya. He is a dedicated educationist with a strong background in educational research and currently serves as the Quality Assurance Director at International Leadership University (ILU). His career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in higher education and leadership development.
He is a proud father of four children—two sons and two daughters. Both daughters are graduating this year, one with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the other with a Law degree. Family is an important part of his life, and he takes great joy in their academic and personal growth.
Dr. Kerei encountered the Serving Leader Model through training with the Center for Serving Leadership, and the experience has been both inspiring and practical. The course deepened his understanding of servant leadership and equipped him with tools to apply its principles in real-life contexts. He describes the learning process as excellent, especially in its practical presentation and relevance to today’s leadership challenges.
He is now ready to take on the challenge of sharing and multiplying the message of servant leadership. He is honoured to join the global training team and is committed to advancing the vision by equipping others with this transformative model. About Wilson Ole Koei
Wilson Ole Koei is a Kenyan, Maasai by tribe, living in Narok County near the famous Maasai Mara. He is a seasoned professional in Food and Beverage Management and currently serves as a Team Leader and Tutor at the Nashulai Cultural Training Centre—a community-based institution offering tourism and hospitality courses to empower local youth and promote sustainable livelihoods.
With over three decades of experience in the industry, Wilson combines practical knowledge with a passion for mentorship and community development. He is married and has four sons, aged 12 to 17.
Wilson’s journey with the Center for Serving Leadership has broadened his leadership perspective, enabling him to approach his responsibilities with clarity and purpose. He believes that strong leadership is essential for achieving any organization’s goals.
He is passionate about helping others discover and fulfill their roles with a servant’s heart. His vision is to cultivate a culture of Serving Leadership within his community and beyond, empowering others to lead with integrity, humility, and impact.

Mercy Njagi is the Digital Head of Financial Inclusion at Data Driven FINANCE in Kenya. In this role, she leads strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement, driving transformative outcomes. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching innovative digital financial solutions and forming strategic alliances with key industry players, advancing financial inclusion across the region.
Mercy comes from a close-knit family and is a committed advocate for empowerment, dedicated to developing impactful and scalable solutions tailored to Africa’s unique socio-economic challenges. She is currently a graduate student focusing on ethical fintech, digital microinsurance, and inclusive finance for underserved populations, further deepening her expertise in these critical areas.
Her experience with the Center for Serving Leadership has been deeply enriching, grounding her leadership in core values of service, integrity, and measurable impact.

About Chrysostome Kirimwingabo
Chrysostome Kirimwingabo is a Human Rights Advocate and emerging Leadership Trainer from Burundi with over seven years of experience in human rights coordination, mentoring, and youth capacity-building across East Africa. He has led multi-provincial teams at Ligue ITEKA, trained young leaders through the AMEL Leadership Program, and participated in various international leadership forums.
His leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in the principles of servant leadership, which he embraced during his training with the Center for Serving Leadership. This experience helped him develop core values such as integrity, empathy, humility, and purposeful service—qualities he actively fosters in the leaders he trains.
Chrysostome holds advanced training in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Sciences Po Paris and was honored as a laureate of the Marianne Initiative for Human Rights Defenders. Combining grassroots engagement with a global perspective, he brings a holistic approach to empowering emerging leaders and communities.
As a Leadership Trainer, Chrysostome is passionate about equipping leaders with ethical Serving Leadership models, strategic thinking skills, and practical tools that enable sustainable and positive impact in their communities.
He is happily married and a proud father of two children, who inspire his commitment to nurturing a better future through servant leadership.

About Jean Bosco Iteriteka
Reverend Jean Bosco Iteriteka is the Founder and Pastor of True Vine Church in Burundi, where he provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, and promotes church planting in remote and underserved areas. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to servant leadership and a passion to reach communities with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
He is also the Founding President of Hope Lift Initiatives, an organization dedicated to empowering communities through servant leadership, entrepreneurship, and ethical values. In this role, he designs programs that develop leaders of character and competence. As a facilitator at the Global Leadership Summit in Burundi, he mentors young and emerging leaders, helping them grow in vision, influence, and purpose.
Jean Bosco brings over ten years of experience in the Public Health sector and is currently pursuing studies in Bible and Theology at Global University. He is also a certified World Serving Leadership Trainer and actively engages in peacebuilding, trauma healing, conflict transformation, and discipleship of marketplace leaders.
He is joyfully married to Ininahazwe Liliane, a university lecturer and nurse. Together, they are raising four children: Iteriteka Ingabire Bliss Boliane, Iteriteka Itwitayeho Bina Beroukhia, Iteriteka Bright Balogun, And Iteriteka Bright Bezalel.
