TRAIN THE TRAINER
The Serving Leader Train the Trainer program (TTT) is a 2-day virtual training for leaders, trainers, coaches and consultants interested in helping others learn and apply The Serving Leader Model®. Attending this program will equip you to become a Training Partner with CSL and incorporate the value and proprietary training resources (including our Online Course material) into your portfolio of tools and services.
What is a training partner?
Training Partners are certified and authorized to use Center for Serving Leadership® Cohort training materials. Becoming a Training Partner provides you with an opportunity to:
- Impact your own circle of influence in significantly greater ways
- Pass on to others the Five Actions of Serving Leaders that have already impacted your life
- Develop an income stream that rewards you for your efforts
How can I become a training partner?
The process of becoming a Training Partner involves several steps:
Completion of the application process. Join us by completing our “Train the Trainer Application Form”. We will process your application to ensure that partnership is a good fit for you and for us. If approved, you will be invited to a Training of Trainer (TTT) event.
- Successful completion of our TTT event. This two-day virtual event is offered several times a year to those who have been approved in the application process. This event provides training in what it means to be a Training Partner as well as practice in the facilitation skills needed to lead a cohort.
- Complete the formal agreement between Center for Serving Leadership and yourself to become a training partner. This sets in motions all the privileges of a partnership with Center for Serving Leadership.
